As a Psychologist and Applied Behaviour Therapist, I provided counselling services to individuals with Neuro-developmental disorders, trained blind people to be more functional in life, and raised awareness of psychological issues related to suicide. Additionally, I administered the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient management. I am also providing Online consultations to multiple patients and clients. Responsibilities: • Performed psychological assessment of patient. • Reviewed therapy program to meet patient’s needs. • Maintained records of patient’s progress and mental condition. • Determined therapeutic approaches to improve patient’s well-being. • Conducted group therapy sessions. • Prepared weekly patient reports for submission to Lead Therapist. • Acted as back-up for other Therapists on leave. • Reported any accidents to Lead Therapist promptly.
